  • Are the digital files included in your session price?
    Yes! 15-20 high-resolution digital downloads are included in every Simply Series™ session. "First Forty" Postpartum and Lifestyle Newborn sessions include approximately 20-30 high-resolution digital downloads. All files come with personal-use rights for unlimited printing and social media sharing.
  • How do I receive my images?
    Every Maternity, Lifestyle Newborn, Baby, Family and Love photography session includes an online gallery where you can view, download and share your images. You will be emailed a link to your password protected gallery within 2 weeks from your session date.
  • How long does the session go for?
    In my 10 years of professional photography experience, 30-45 min is the perfect length for a relaxed, fun portrait session. If the weather is not in our favor, or we experience other unforseen issues, we may need to extend, shorten or reschedule. Our lifestyle newborn photography and 'First Forty Days' postpartum sessions run approximately 2 hours.
  • How do I book a session?
    Booking with us is easy. You can either send a contact message and chat via email ,text or phone to go over any questions you have prior to scheduling your session, or if you are ready to reserve your session now, you can simply book online. To book online, click Book Online, pick the type of session you would like to book, choose a date and time, pay the session fee and select 'request to book.' Cassie will reach out to you asap via email or phone to confirm your request, make any changes necessary, and solidify all of the session details.
  • What if I have to reschedule or cancel a booked session?
    We are as flexible as our schedule allows. We just ask that you give at least 24 hour's notice as Cassie will be planning her daily life around making your session a priority. There is no fee to reschedule a session. Revised session dates and times are subject to Cassie's availability. If you cancel with less than 24 hour's notice, 50% of your session fee will be forfited.
  • Do I have to pay in advance?
    Session fee is required in order to book your date and time. If you would like to set-up a payment plan prior to your session, that can be arranged.
  • Where will the photography session take place?
    Our signature look is capturing our clients in a simple nature-setting surrounded by beautiful natural light. We will work with you to determine the ideal location for your session. We also offer the option to capture your growing family and baby milestones as a lifestyle, candid photography session in your home. We travel to clients in the Asheville, Black Mountain, Hot Springs, Weaverville, Hendersonville, Candler, Fletcher and Arden areas.
  • What if the weather is bad?
    Cassie will be monitoring the weather prior to your scheduled session, and will confirm the session time 48 hours prior to your shoot. If there is a chance we will need to rechedule, Cassie will be in touch the day of on standby to see how the weather plays out. Being flexible in this circumstance is the best way to accomplish a great session. Most of the time, if the weather is questionable, and we choose to "go for it," and it works out beautifully.
  • How long will it take until I can see my photos?
    Typically, we allow 1-2 weeks to process your collection of images. You will receive an email from us with a link to your private online gallery as soon as the images are ready for your viewing and downloading.
  • Can I share my images on social media?
    Yes, in fact, please do! We would absolutely love for you to share the love and include a link back to our website or tag us @cassieleahphoto.
  • Do you have a contract that I need to sign?
    Yes, after your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email from us with a link to the electronic contract. You can electronically sign the form. If you prefer pen and paper, please let us know.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards through our online checkout. In order to finalize your booking with us, sessions must be paid in full.
